On the other hand, we install double pillars type hydraulic screen changers, melting gear pumps and also static mixer as well for mixing the material well and maintaining average temperature.
4) Flow direction adjustable feed-block and layers changeable option to fit two or three extruders and offer best combination of thickness into multi-layers sheets.
5) Roller calendars: the arrangement of the roller calendars can be horizontal type, oblique type or angles type.
The temperature control uses the individual temperature controller, relative speed control, which offers even thickness and reduce die line. .
6) The online side trim granulator and pipeline conveying system can convey the side edges to the front extruder automatically.

PET stereoscopic optical sheets can be used as top grade package for cosmetics, medicine, tobacco and alcohol and common goods such as stationery, advertisements, posters and all kinds of cards etc.
