Combined Germany foam technology and domestic foam characteristics, LEADER developped the PVC (WPVC) celuka foam board, semi-celuka foam board, inner foam co-extrusion board extrusion lines.This line is composed of specially designed conical twin screw extruder, foam die head, calibrating molds (or three roller calendars) and downstream parts, with high extrusion capacity, stable extrusion, high foam ratio. By printing, film coating and thermo-transferring, it can also produce various imitation wood patterns products.

The raw material the line used includes PVC resin, wood powder or (vegetable fibre) as the main materials, filled in Caco3, and added necessary lubrication, stabilize etc auxiliaries, and we can provided the complete turnkey project for the clients, including the raw material formulation, machine operation technology etc.
